Role Overview
The Engineering Supervisor oversees daily hotel maintenance operations and technician task assignments.
The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering records, cost planning, contractor coordination, and team support.
Responsibilities
- Manage work orders and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed to standard.
- Support CAPEX and OPEX planning, cost control, procurement coordination, and external contractor activities.
- Maintain engineering systems, logs, preventive maintenance reports, AMC files, attendance records, rosters, inventory records, and other documentation.
- Train and guide engineering staff while coordinating with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of engineering or maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
