Key Responsibilities Include
- Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.
- Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
- Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
Shift Details (subject to change)
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
Shifts scheduled across breakfast and dinner periods
Part-time position, minimum 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available.
Immediate start available
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)
Monday - Friday: $27.08 per hour Saturday: $33.85 per hour Sunday: $40.62 per hour
To be successful in this role you will have
Minimum 12 months experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for cooking.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
