As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the team's engineering function and deliver on ambitious 0-1 roadmaps.

Manage engineers to design, develop, and deliver scalable architecture, intelligent personalization, and targeted experiences for a range of customer segments.

Partner with product and design stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and translate the company's strategic ambitions into actionable OKRs.

Hire and grow the engineering team, recruiting and onboarding experienced engineers.

Be a role model for our cultural values and mentor engineers in technical skillset, autonomy, communication, and collaboration.

Ensure engineering best practices, quality, and operational excellence across the team.
