- Own system architecture, API design, and service boundaries.

- Lead code reviews, enforce quality and best practices.

- Coordinate cross functional integration with product and QA.
- Support CI/CD, observability and incident response.
Requirements
- 10+ years software development experience; strong Go expertise.
- Proven experience designing high scale, distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.
- Familiar with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, observability (logs/metrics/tracing).
- Strong system design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership in technical settings.
- Fintech or digital wallet experience; regulatory/compliance awareness.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, Terraform, Helm.
- Experience leading migrations, large scale refactors, or resilience improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
