- Manage civil and buildings engineering delivery across all project phases.
- Coordinate technical reviews for earthworks, structures, roads, drainage, buildings, and utilities packages.
- Ensure engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Lead coordination between design consultants, contractors, authorities, and operational stakeholders.
- Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals, and technical submittals.
- Support interface coordination between civil infrastructure and railway systems packages.
- Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, and construction support requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for civil and buildings assets.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in civil and buildings engineering delivery.
- Experience on rail, transportation, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of structures, geotechnical engineering, utilities, and depot facilities.
- Familiarity with design review processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical reporting capability.
- Knowledge of Saudi codes and approval processes preferred.
- Professional engineering registration preferred.

Job Description Overview
