- Develop, update, and amend policies and procedures related to Onshore Department.
- Support engineering team of external organizations to ensure engineering design meets project objectives.
- Evaluate complex tasks and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain best practices, lessons learned, and software tools.
- Prepare plans and work schedules for effective project completion.
- Participate in contracting and procurement activities to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Monitor and guide contractors and 3rd party services throughout project phases.

Role Overview
- Lead civil & structure engineering discipline activities and contribute to project department strategy and goals.
- Lead technical activities through interactions with project owner, shareholder, facilities owner, contractors, vendors, consultants.
- Develop, update and amend various policies and procedures related to Onshore Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering team of external organizations to ensure engineering design addresses each company's expectations.
- Evaluate complex tasks and provide appropriate recommendations to management on Onshore issues.
- Provide support to other disciplines and contribute to multidisciplinary tasks.
- Develop, introduce and maintain best practices, Lessons Learned, systems and software tools.
- Ensure compliance with LNG systems and processes including Project Management System.
- Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of projects.
- Participate in contracting and procurement activities from pre qualification to contract close out.
- Monitor and provide guidance to Contractor(s) and 3rd Party Services throughout project phases.
- Ensure facilities are constructed by scope, meeting LNG standards and specifications, within time and cost.
- Maintain full project chronology of civil and structural engineering design revisions.
