About the Role
IFS seeks an Engineering Director, Agentic Platform to lead the strategic technical leadership position.
The role involves leading the engineering pillar, owning the platform layers of the future architecture, and driving the cloud transition.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and operating production software, cloud engineering, and data and AI credibility.
What you'll do
- Lead the Engineering pillar. Own delivery, quality, and operations across the five cells.
- Own the platform layers of the future architecture.
- Finish the cloud transition.
- Industrialize our AI infrastructure.
- Automate the operation.
- Scale extension migration.
- Run the platform as a product.
- Shape the technical roadmap.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years building and operating production software, with 5+ years leading platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering organizations.
- Experience running Azure and/or AWS platforms carrying enterprise SLAs, and owning the operational readiness story, not just the build.
