Overview
Make ASN appointments at portal Nupco site.
Arrangement delivery with engineers medical supplies and Wh.
Follow up ASN status after delivery to make sure it modified to (Delivered).
Create Cpo & So & Si
Monitoring analysing SGH liquidation
Follow up & update pending receiving and submission numbers
Update official receiving and submission numbers of delivery note
Following up the purchase requests with the purchase department
Monitor the expiration date for all the unit products.
Daily monitoring of the engineers business plan to make sure it is implemented and handling all the clients requirements in addition to follow-up the quality of report that will assign to unit manager
Monitor MDMA expiry date for all the unit products.
Not all coordinators
Communicating with clients and employees to achieve tasks
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Collaborating with clients and employees to improve KPI
Collecting and analysing feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction and success.
Prepare reporting and analysis for business unit manager.
Conduct a department process orientation for new employees
Performing other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager and the management
Presenting and selling company s products and services to hospitals health systems doctors offices and clinics and ensure to meet the individual target and KPI s to achieve the overall department objectives.
