- Make ASN appointments at portal Nupco site
- Arrange delivery with engineers for medical supplies
- Follow up ASN status after delivery to ensure it is modified to delivered
- Create CPO, SO, and SI
- Monitor and analyze SGH liquidation
- Follow up and update pending receiving and submission numbers
- Update official receiving and submission numbers of delivery note
- Follow up purchase requests with purchase department
- Monitor expiration date for all unit products
- Daily monitoring of engineers' business plan
- Communicate with clients and employees to achieve tasks
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after sales support
Requirements
- Experience in coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and analyze data

- Present and sell company products to hospitals and clinics.
