- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of engineering materials and equipment
- Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking for the engineering department
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining records of employee certifications
- Handle administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, attendance sheets and preparing reports
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols within the engineering department
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies

- As an Engineering Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the engineering department by coordinating activities, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
