Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Engineering Coordinator to join our Facilities Management & Projects team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize engineering documentation, drawings, reports, and technical records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly engineering reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, AMC activities, and vendor follow ups.
  • Track maintenance complaints, work orders, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
  • Support the engineering team with project documentation, snagging records, and progress reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor maintenance activities and project progress.
  • Coordinate with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Maintain spare parts inventories, asset registers, maintenance logs, and engineering databases.
  • Assist with quotation comparisons, purchase requests, and engineering related administrative activities.
  • Support the team with presentations, documentation, and process improvements as required.

What We Need from You

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or project coordination will have an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent documentation, organisational, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to visit sites and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an added advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
