About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems across multiple restaurant outlets
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, switches, control panels, and electrical equipment
- Install, maintain, and replace MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, contactors, relays, timers, sockets, switches, cables, and other electrical accessories
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable routing, conduit installation, termination, and panel modifications when required
- Install and maintain indoor and outdoor lighting systems, emergency lighting, and exit signage
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems and recommend corrective or preventive actions
- Support electrical works during restaurant renovations, fit outs, and new outlet openings
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and electrical documentation
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, commercial buildings, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control panels, lighting systems, and power circuits
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and wiring schematics
- Experience in electrical fault finding and preventive maintenance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Driving licence is an advantage

- Job Title: AC Technician (Specialisation: Commercial Electrical Maintenance)
- We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai.
- This full time, on site role is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, switches, control panels, and electrical equipment.
- Install, maintain, and replace MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, isolators, contactors, relays, timers, sockets, switches, cables, and other electrical accessories.
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable routing, conduit installation, termination, and panel modifications when required.
- Install and maintain indoor and outdoor lighting systems, emergency lighting, and exit signage.

- Expertise in plumbing, carpentry and other MEP activities is a plus.
What We Need from You
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, commercial buildings, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control panels, lighting systems, and power circuits.
