About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple restaurant outlets
- Diagnose and repair faults in VRF systems, DX split units, cassette ACs, ceiling concealed units, standing ACs, wall mounted split ACs, AHUs, and FAHUs
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming, and system commissioning
- Service compressors, evaporator and condenser coils, expansion valves, blower motors, fan motors, electrical controls, and thermostats
- Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and equipment lifespan
- Perform routine inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance in accordance with company schedules
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts consumption
- Support HVAC installations, testing, snagging, and commissioning for new restaurant projects
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, preferably within hospitality, restaurant, or facilities management industry
- Strong working knowledge of VRF Systems, AHUs, FAHUs, DX Split Units, Cassette ACs, Ceiling Concealed ACs, Standing/Floor Mounted ACs and Split ACs
- Experience in refrigerant handling, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC control systems
- Ability to read HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- A driving licence is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai.
- This full time, on site role is responsible for maintaining the performance, reliability, and efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Diagnose and repair faults in VRF systems, DX split units, cassette ACs, ceiling concealed units, standing ACs, wall mounted split ACs, AHUs, and FAHUs.

What We Need from You
