Engineer (Toronto, ON, CA)

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered as a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical preferred. Consideration to other disciplines such as Civil and Mechanical
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant engineering experience in planning, design, analysis and construction.
• Experience in data management and analysis preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective skills in project management operations, budgeting, process and productivity improvements.
• Self-motivated, operates with a high degree of independence and can visualize opportunities.
• Aptitude and experience in adapting to, managing and facilitating change, willing to challenge the status quo.
• Demonstrated versatile leadership; encourages organizational teamwork, collaboration and educated risk taking to develop innovative solutions and support corporate goals and objectives.
• Strong negotiating/relationship building ability.
• Proven effective problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to predict and understand technological trends and their effect on business or strategic work plans.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant safety and environmental legislation and regulations.
