Job Purpose
Commission and conduct tests on power plants before their operational phase.
The role covers testing and commissioning work for substations, power plants, and electrical equipment.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare project and new equipment test reports, including updates and corrections.
- Document non-conformances and troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
Testing and Commissioning
- Conduct functional testing according to specified schemes.
- Coordinate testing activities during customer inspections.
- Resolve technical issues during power plant testing and site commissioning.
- Execute site testing and commissioning activities.
- Test and commission relays, switchgear, transformers, and other substation equipment.
- Adhere to safety procedures during testing and commissioning.
Technical Support and Improvement
- Review design documents before release and provide technical support.
- Initiate continuous improvement and maintain related records.
