Job Description
Build and support event-driven messaging services using Solace across integrated platforms.
Support messaging design, operational readiness, deployment validation, and production activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer Solace through configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Design queues and topics and troubleshoot message delivery failures, integration issues, and bottlenecks.
- Define messaging SLAs with application teams for critical payment and entity-onboarding flows.
- Maintain documentation covering configuration, support procedures, known issues, and operational handover.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good to Have
- Experience in payment or transaction processing systems.
