Role Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of academic or industry experience in software quality engineering is required.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, BDD-based testing frameworks, and Playwright with TypeScript is required.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python is required.
• Experience with UI testing, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development practices is required.
• Experience with QA tools, testing processes, and quality best practices is required.
• Experience planning and managing quality strategy, test planning, and test execution is required.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases and Entity Framework or Dapper is required.
• Experience with Perforce or Gerrit, AWS, Docker, and Jenkins is required.
• Experience applying GenAI use cases to QA processes and automation efficiency is required.
• Exposure to Azure or GCP and application performance testing is a strong plus.
• A master's degree in a relevant engineering, computer science, or information technology field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate test cases using BDD-based frameworks and Playwright.
• Test QSWAT tools, identify quality gaps, and report defects effectively.
• Analyze tool issues and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate tool quality and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage quality strategy, including test planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Tools Development teams on high-quality project delivery.
• Identify QA process bottlenecks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across tools and processes.
• Analyze quality data and define key performance metrics.
• Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior management.
