- Monitor the performance of external vendors against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure all project and facility operations comply with local building regulations, civil defense codes, and health and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 3 to 6 years of experience blending site project engineering with facility maintenance management

Job Description
- The Engineer Projects & FM is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical facility projects while ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of building services.
- This role serves as the critical link between capital project execution and long term asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise building upgrades, MEP retrofits, and civil works on time and within budget.
