Engineer III - Product Engineering - DevOps

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design CI/CD pipelines for data, BI, and Power Platform solutions.
• Automate deployments across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform environments.
• Implement infrastructure as code, version control, branching, and release management.
• Support Power BI, Fabric artifact, and Power Platform deployments and ALM practices.
• Manage provisioning, promotion, release workflows, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, access control, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data, BI, and product teams and troubleshoot Azure and Fabric issues.
• Define and enforce DevOps standards, automation practices, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, with Azure or Fabric preferred.
• Exposure to solutions spanning data, AI, and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, and agile working capabilities.

Technical skills

• Azure services include App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking, and Key Vault.
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Git strategies.
• Terraform, Bicep, or ARM for infrastructure as code.
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and machine learning deployment lifecycle.
• Application Insights, Log Analytics, Entra ID, RBAC, and managed identity.
• Docker, Kubernetes, API management, microservices, event-driven systems, and multi-tenant platforms are advantageous.
