TASNEE is recruiting an Engineer II, Production Planning, located in Jubail.
The role prepares production plans for polymer and chemical assets and supports stakeholder decision-making through the S&OP process.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare polymer and chemical production plans with supply chain, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Align yearly grade-wise production splits with business needs, the business plan, and the S&OP process.
- Monitor joint venture off-takers, off-take agreement compliance, and supply-demand accuracy.
- Maintain SAP IBP and ensure production data is entered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate the SBU PetChem budget cycle between manufacturing and the business at grade-wise level.
- Monitor customer complaint processes and help balance customer satisfaction with process efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute common business processes and objectives for joint ventures.
- Monitor daily planning and scheduling activities against established targets and objectives.
- Provide management analysis and data reports, assist with financial methods and statistical reports, and track S&OP and supply-accuracy KPIs.
Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Two years of experience are required.
- Knowledge of the petrochemical sector is required.
- Critical and analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Software skills in MS Office, SAP, and IBP systems are required.
