- Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems and Video Management Software (VMS), including Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon
- Perform system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for security systems
- Configure and manage cameras, recording servers, storage systems, and client workstations
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of CCTV and Access Control systems
- Install, configure, and support Access Control Systems, including NEDAP and other industry standard platforms
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams during project execution
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system drawings as required
- Provide user training and technical guidance to end users
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and security regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CCTV and Access Control systems
- Hands on experience with Milestone XProtect, Genetec Security Center, and Avigilon Control Center
- Knowledge of networking concepts, IP cameras, servers, storage solutions, and Windows operating systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
