Candidate must have least 5 years of experience in leading the Project Execution of large scale commercial projects.
Also should have an experience in interior works ( experience in retro fitting will be an added advantage)
Special Skills/Attributes
- (required for performing the job effectively)
- Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry
- Should possess strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of contract documentation and management
- MS office & Auto CAD.

Drive end-to-end project execution for a large scale project residential / hotel and ensure seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management, budgeting & cost monitoring MIS
Key Responsibilities

- Works closely with Manager-Projects, leadership team and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief
