About the Role

The client is seeking a Senior Endur Developer for enhancement, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.

The role supports Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations functions.

The position requires Endur technical expertise and the ability to translate trading requirements into scalable solutions.

Location and Schedule

  • The role is remote from India.
  • Working hours are aligned to Abu Dhabi, UAE business hours.
  • The employment type is contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with trading, risk, and operations stakeholders on Endur change initiatives.
  • Participate in requirements workshops and solution design discussions.
  • Translate business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications into Endur solutions.
  • Design, develop, configure, and enhance Endur applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support upgrades, remediation, optimization, testing, defect triage, UAT, and production releases.
  • Maintain technical documentation and traceability across the project lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvements and enhanced utilization opportunities for Endur.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong Endur Developer experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial markets.
  • Deep technical and functional understanding of Endur.
  • Experience delivering Endur enhancements, customizations, integrations, or upgrades.
  • Understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations workflows.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
  • Agile delivery experience, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience using SQL and Excel for analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with large-scale Endur upgrades or remediation programs.
  • Exposure to OpenJVS, OpenComponents, AVS, integrations, or reporting frameworks.
  • Experience working across distributed or global teams.
  • Knowledge of ETRM processes.
  • Business Analysis or Agile certification.
