About This Role
Crusoe is hiring an Enablement Engineer to help customers get the most out of Crusoe Cloud.
The role can be based out of a Crusoe office and is full-time in-office.
The engineer works across customer accounts, trains customers on platform capabilities, builds enablement content, and connects customers, product, and marketing.
What You'll Be Working On
- Deliver live customer training, webinars, and workshops on Crusoe Cloud.
- Produce blogs, whitepapers, guides, videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos.
- Represent Crusoe at industry events as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert.
- Build GitHub reference architectures and sandbox examples using the CNCF ecosystem.
- Create proof-of-concept guides and technical decks for sales enablement.
- Channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap.
