Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas meet hotel standards
- Supervise and support housekeeping supervisors and attendants to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate room cleaning schedules and ensure timely room availability in collaboration with Front Office and other departments
- Monitor housekeeping performance through inspections and quality checks
- Control departmental inventory, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals
- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping related complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations
- Prepare reports, monitor productivity, and support departmental budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Promote a positive team environment and maintain high employee engagement and performance standards
Requirements
- Proficient in all Housekeeping procedures
- Proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
- Commercially aware
- Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
- Strong working knowledge of PMS

Job Description

- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management.

- Strong working knowledge of PMS
