About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive and verify cash bank envelopes at start of shift
- Collect and verify daily remittance envelopes from cashiers
- Count money with a witness and prepare daily general cashier's report and bank deposit slips
- Investigate cash short and over discrepancies
- Prepare petty cash summary and issue payments
- Monitor daily official exchange rates
- Withdraw cash from bank accounts and maintain custody of cash fund
- Ensure cash sales are deposited to bank at least once a week

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Control and reconcile inhouse funds and reimbursements
- Receive cash bank envelopes at beginning of shift, ensuring removal of money is witnessed
- Collect and verify all daily remittance envelopes prepared by cashiers
- Count money with a witness and prepare daily general cashier's report and bank deposit slips
- Verify accuracy by counting money and reviewing with recorded list; investigate cash short and over
- Inform Financial Controller and Front Office Manager if incompatibility
- Receive money on a money receipt with special number
- Prepare General Cashier's report recording all amounts according to each cashier's income and account
- Charge all other amounts according to each debit account and put in bank credit account
- Submit General Cashier's report with bank receipt to chief Accountant
- Ensure all documents are signed by Head of Department, Auditor, Financial Controller, Money receiver before issuing payment
- Prepare petty cash summary for prior approval and issue payment
Qualifications
- Saudi national
- Fresh graduate preferred
- Fair English communication skills are must
