We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **EMT / Paramedic** to provide high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care in Dubai.
The role requires rapid assessment, effective treatment, and safe patient transport in compliance with **DCAS, DHA, MOHAP**, and UAE emergency medical service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate pre-hospital care.
- Administer emergency medical interventions within scope of practice.
- Safely operate ambulances and ensure patient transport to healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports.
- Ensure readiness and cleanliness of ambulances, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Follow DCAS protocols, clinical guidelines, and UAE regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and medical teams.
- Assist during major incidents, events, and emergency deployments.
Mandatory Requirements
- Licensed **EMT or Paramedic** (DCAS eligibility or ability to obtain DCAS approval).
- Minimum **1–2 years of field experience** in EMS or emergency care.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient care.
- Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and medically cleared for EMS duties.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with **DCAS-approved EMS providers**.
- Valid certifications such as **BLS, ACLS, PHTLS / ITLS**.
- Experience in event medical coverage and standby services.
- Familiarity with ambulance equipment and EMS documentation systems.
