Job Summary

  • The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in emergency, transport, and home care settings.
  • The RN responds to on call requests, assists in ambulance medical services, and delivers skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • The role requires quick clinical judgment, patient assessment, and coordination with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Emergency & Ambulance Services

  • Respond to emergency calls and provide pre hospital patient care.
  • Assess patient condition, vital signs, and medical history during transport.
  • Provide basic and advanced life support as required.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians or according to protocols.
  • Assist paramedics and physicians during patient transport.
  • Ensure ambulance equipment and medical supplies are ready and functional.
  • Maintain accurate patient care reports and transport documentation.

On Call Nursing Services

  • Remain available during assigned on call shifts for urgent patient needs.
  • Respond promptly to emergency or urgent care requests.
  • Provide triage, patient assessment, and nursing interventions as needed.
  • Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers for patient management.

Home Care Nursing

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes based on care plans.
  • Monitor patient health status and record vital signs.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care.
  • Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities when required.
  • Educate patients and family members on disease management and care procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid DHA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
  • ACLS or emergency care certification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in emergency, ambulance, or home care nursing is an advantage.

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts including on call, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
