- Operate advanced emergency medical equipment and monitor patient conditions during transport or treatment
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and emergency response teams for continuity of care
- Maintain accurate patient records, incident reports, and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control policies, and healthcare standards
- Support on call doctor services and emergency healthcare operations across Dubai
- Conduct rapid patient assessments and make critical clinical decisions under pressure
- Participate in emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and healthcare safety initiatives
Requirements
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility as Advanced Paramedic
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedic Science, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced emergency medical services or critical care transport
- Strong knowledge of ACLS, PALS, BLS, trauma care, and advanced life support protocols
- Experience in ambulance services, emergency response, or mobile healthcare operations preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical emergency situations effectively
- Flexible to work rotational shifts and field emergency operations
