- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
- Create employee spotlight campaigns, success stories, and culture focused content
- Own and manage Dautom's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels
- Develop thought leadership content and executive LinkedIn posts for senior leaders
- Drive employee recognition programs, work anniversary campaigns, and internal culture campaigns
- Manage online reputation across Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content including social media posts, videos, blogs, infographics, and employer branding campaigns
- Capture office culture and employee activities through photography and video
- Monitor and report on social media performance, audience growth, and employer branding effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Social Media Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or Employee Engagement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Ability to understand technology topics and transform them into engaging content

Position Summary
- We are looking for an Employer Branding & Digital Communications Specialist to bring our culture, people, achievements, and expertise to life through compelling content and engagement initiatives.
- This role will manage Dautom's digital presence, employee engagement campaigns, employer branding initiatives, online reputation management, leadership visibility, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.
- Create employee spotlight campaigns, success stories, and culture focused content.
- Promote Dautom as an employer of choice.
- Build employee advocacy programs to increase brand reach.
- Support talent attraction through engaging employer brand campaigns.
- Work closely with leadership and HR teams to strengthen company culture visibility.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage Dautom's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social channels.
- Content planning and scheduling, social media calendar management, community engagement and response management.
- Campaign creation and execution, performance monitoring and optimization, audience growth strategies.
Leadership Branding
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop thought leadership content.
- Create executive LinkedIn posts, highlight industry expertise, build personal brands for senior leaders.
- Showcase company achievements and insights.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee participation and engagement.
- Employee recognition programs, work anniversary and milestone campaigns, new joiner announcements.
- Team event coverage, internal culture campaigns, employee testimonials and video interviews.
Online Reputation Management
- Manage and improve Dautom's presence across Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, LinkedIn, and employer review platforms.
- Monitoring reviews and ratings, drafting professional responses, encouraging authentic feedback.
- Tracking reputation trends and improvement opportunities.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content including social media posts, corporate storytelling, employee success stories, short form videos, reels, leadership interviews, event coverage, blog articles, infographics, and employer branding campaigns.
Photography & Video Content
- Capture office culture and employee activities.
- Conduct employee and leadership interviews.
- Create short form social media videos.
- Coordinate video shoots and content production.
- Support event coverage and employer branding campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on social media performance, audience growth, employee engagement metrics, employer branding effectiveness, online reputation scores, website traffic from social channels, and campaign ROI.
- Provide monthly reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
