Key Responsibilities Employer Branding

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

  • Own and manage Dautom's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social channels.
  • Content planning and scheduling.
  • Social media calendar management.
  • Community engagement and response management.
  • Campaign creation and execution.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Audience growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities Leadership Branding

  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop thought leadership content.
  • Create executive LinkedIn posts.
  • Highlight industry expertise.
  • Build personal brands for senior leaders.
  • Showcase company achievements and insights.

Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee participation and engagement.
  • Employee recognition programs.
  • Work anniversary and milestone campaigns.
  • New joiner announcements.
  • Team event coverage.
  • Internal culture campaigns.
  • Employee testimonials and video interviews.

Key Responsibilities Online Reputation Management

  • Manage and improve Dautom's presence across Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, LinkedIn, and employer review platforms.
  • Monitoring reviews and ratings.
  • Drafting professional responses.
  • Encouraging authentic employee and client feedback.
  • Tracking reputation trends and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

  • Create engaging content including social media posts, corporate storytelling, employee success stories, short form videos, leadership interviews, event coverage, blog articles, infographics, and employer branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Photography & Video Content

  • Capture office culture and employee activities.
  • Conduct employee and leadership interviews.
  • Create short form social media videos.
  • Coordinate video shoots and content production.
  • Support event coverage and employer branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on social media performance, audience growth, employee engagement metrics, employer branding effectiveness, online reputation scores, website traffic from social channels, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide monthly reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3 6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Social Media Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or Employee Engagement.
  • Preferred industry experience in Technology Consulting, Technology Workforce Solutions, Technology Services, Professional Services, Digital Transformation Organizations, or Recruitment & Talent Solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Hands on experience with LinkedIn, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Software Development, Digital Transformation, and Technology Workforce Solutions.
