About the Opportunity

  • A leading non profit organization in Riyadh, undergoing institutional transformation, seeks an Employee Experience Specialist to build and develop the employee experience function, reporting to the HR Department.

Job Purpose

  • To design and deliver an integrated employee journey and build a positive organizational culture that enhances belonging and productivity through internal communication, recognition, events, and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual employee experience plan covering the full employee journey.
  • Oversee onboarding programs, measure effectiveness, and enhance them.
  • Design and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and embed corporate values.
  • Manage corporate recognition and incentive programs.
  • Manage the employee voice channel (complaints and suggestions).
  • Manage internal campaigns, events, and corporate occasions.
  • Build and manage internal communication channels, produce content, and conduct meetings.
  • Design and conduct employee pulse surveys.
  • Leverage AI tools in content production, survey analysis, and automation.
  • Monitor best practices and prepare dashboards and reports.

Qualifications and Professional Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • CIPD professional certification (Level 3 minimum preferred; Level 5 is a strong advantage).
  • Minimum two years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, organizational culture, or similar field.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Hands on experience using AI tools in the workplace.
  • Design skills and visual content production using specialized tools.
  • Experience in managing internal campaigns and organizing corporate events.
  • Proficiency in survey tools, satisfaction measurement, and dashboards.
  • Professional Arabic writing and presentation skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
