Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team as an Emiratization Specialist .

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting Emiratization strategy and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the

Emiratization Specialist

  • include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Support and execute the company’s Emiratization initiatives and hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for UAE Nationals through various recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
  • Prepare employment offers and support onboarding documentation and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Emiratization policies.
  • Generate recruitment and Emiratization reports for management.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or Emiratization-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratization guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
