Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Compliance

Role Summary

Role Profile

• Support the corporate compliance and business ethics framework, including the Code of Conduct, ABC, AML/CTF, sanctions, Ethics Hotline, conflicts of interest, and gifts and hospitality.
• Support third-party due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and remediation for suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
• Track regulatory changes, identify potential non-compliance, and support corrective action plans.
• Maintain critical policies, coordinate annual policy reviews, and assess policy implementation and control effectiveness.
• Conduct compliance and ethics risk assessments, including fraud, AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC, and enhanced due diligence screening.
• Support Ethics Hotline investigations and review conflicts of interest and gifts, hospitality, and entertainment disclosures.
• Manage third-party compliance risks across the lifecycle, including ABC, sanctions, AML/CTF, fraud, ESG, and reputational risks.
• Track compliance performance through KPIs, dashboards, data analytics, training, and awareness activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, Human Capital, and other business teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate compliance, risk management, internal audit, ethics and compliance, or third-party risk management.
• Experience with third-party risk management, due diligence, and enhanced due diligence.
• Knowledge of ABC, AML/CTF, sanctions, and KYC compliance.
• Experience with compliance risk assessment, monitoring, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of policy management, GRC technologies, and compliance management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters and build trusted relationships.
