Role Profile
- Support preparation of project status updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned tasks.
- Work with consultants and contractors to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Provide technical support to the Senior Project Manager and project participants.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
- Assist with delivery strategies for design, construction, and maintenance.
- Monitor time, quality, safety, and sustainability to minimize delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
- Technical input, progress monitoring, and design coordination skills.
- Effective communication, time management, leadership, commercial awareness, ethical decision-making, customer focus, results orientation, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of financial concepts, computer applications, local regulations, and industry best practices.
