The Experience

Eligibility
- Applicants must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have recently graduated.
- Applicants must have completed at least one previous internship.
- Applicants must be available to work full-time in Dubai for six months.
- Applicants must not have previously completed an internship with the Emirates Group.
- Applicants should be curious, proactive, and ready to learn in an international environment.
- Some placements require a relevant academic specialism.
Salary and Benefits
- The programme provides an AED 5,000 monthly salary.
- Company-provided accommodation at Premier Inn Hotel or an AED 2,000 monthly accommodation allowance is provided.
- Flights to Dubai at the start and home at the end of the internship are provided.
- Visa and Emirates ID are fully sponsored.
- Medical insurance is provided.
- One staff travel ticket is provided after successful completion.
- Emirates Platinum membership provides access to discounts in the UAE.
