Role overview
The Email Campaign Specialist executes and optimises email campaigns that drive product review submissions.
The role analyses campaign results, synthesises learnings and supports data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaigns targeting registered users to encourage product reviews and community engagement.
- Create email content with the User Generated Content team and develop campaigns with Customer Success.
- Build campaign lists from disparate data sources and segment them for personalised messaging.
- Monitor open, click-through and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, layouts and calls to action.
- Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other email regulations.
- Track industry trends and emerging email marketing best practices.
