Role Overview
The role combines ELV engineering, project management, and business development responsibilities in Dubai.
The position covers low-current systems from opportunity development and tendering through project handover.
Responsibilities
- Develop ELV business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage projects from site survey, design, and installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality, budget, schedule, HSE, and UAE regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical expertise across security, communications, building management, parking, and smart building systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of UAE experience in ELV or low-current systems.
- Experience in project execution and business development.
- Knowledge of SIRA, Civil Defence, and UAE HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 9,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid remote in Dubai.
