Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables and report shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation and cleaning.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and complaints.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support other duties as required.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, punctual, and well-presented.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
