Key Responsibilities

• Represent premium and luxury properties to high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors
• Conduct tailored consultations, private viewings, and lifestyle‑focused presentations
• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, investors, and repeat buyers
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and market trends
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close deals with precision, confidence, and discretion
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and UHNW clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with elite market expectations and brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, premium property advisory, or high‑end client services
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients
• Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
