Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting work related to electrical systems for the assigned GMG Residential and Commercial settings.
The role holder is also responsible to ensure the integrity of all electrical equipment and provide effective first line and corrective electrical maintenance services.
Job Description
- Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, etc., for the assigned property in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoots day-to-day issues and resolves problems and networks for the assigned property, to ensure efficient turnaround and smooth operations
- Implements corrective action to address any identified electrical failures or system faults in a timely manner
