- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within the steel plant, ensuring operational continuity and safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery, reducing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in high voltage systems, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and control panels, rapidly restoring functionality.
Requirements
- 8 12 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in steel plant or heavy industry
- Experience in overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of electricians
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery
- Troubleshooting skills for high voltage systems, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and control panels
