About the Role
Egis seeks an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance personnel for a nuclear power plant. The role involves supervising predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Directly supervise electrical maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality job tasks
- Monitor performance of Nuclear Steam Supply System electrical equipment (motors, generator sets, RCP motors, MOVs, crane, lighting)
- Monitor performance of Balance of Plant electrical equipment (power transformers, GIS, switchgear, protective relays, motors, generators, UPS, MOVs)
- Ensure proper preparation and staging of electrical maintenance work activities, including procurement requests for spare parts and tools
- Conduct pre and post job briefings and oversee maintenance teams to ensure alignment with standards
- Validate equipment history reports following maintenance on electrical systems
- Oversee periodic and surveillance tests to confirm plant electrical system performance
- Lead troubleshooting process on electrical systems and components
- Take out Clearances under necessary maintenance work
- Support testing of systems (hot functional test, power ascension test, performance test) and design change testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in nuclear industry
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant maintenance and planning activities with focus on electrical maintenance oversight and execution

Job Description Summary
- Electrical Supervisor will oversee and provide direct supervision of electrical maintenance personnel to implement, control and report the electrical maintenance program for nuclear power plant.
Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance
- Directly supervise electrical maintenance teams.
- Monitor performance of Nuclear Steam Supply System electrical equipment.
- Monitor performance of Balance of Plant electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper and timely preparation and staging of electrical maintenance work activities.
- Conduct pre and post job briefings and oversee electrical maintenance teams.
- Validate document equipment history reports.
- Oversee periodic and surveillance tests.
- Provide technical support for other station groups.
- Verify update of equipment and material master data.
- Lead and supervise troubleshooting process.
- Perform all job duties in compliance with Maintenance Code of Conduct.
- Take out Clearances under necessary maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities Operational Planning
- Provide input into development of department's systems and processes.
- Ensure all relevant reports are prepared timely and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in nuclear industry.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant maintenance and planning activities with focus on electrical maintenance oversight and execution.
