About the Role
A confidential company is looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to manage site-level execution and supervision of electrical works in construction projects in Dubai. The role requires 3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience, knowledge of DEWA regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the execution of electrical works (LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm, etc.) as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with civil and MEP teams for proper installation and integration of services.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project management.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA / SEWA / ADDC or other local authority regulations.
- Manage site materials, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site in coordination with the design and planning teams.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed at the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 Years of experience in the UAE/GCC in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in high rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical standards
- Familiarity with local authority approvals and procedures (DEWA, Etisalat, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem solving, and site coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
