Role overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Electrical for its Supervision Team.
The role oversees electrical works across high-rise developments and coordinates with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Electrical works must comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and supervise electrical works on-site against approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
- Review cable containment, cable laying, terminations, panels, distribution boards, earthing, and lighting systems.
- Conduct first-fix, second-fix, pre-testing, testing, and final-handover inspections.
- Raise Inspection Requests and coordinate inspections with the consultant and client.
- Prepare NCRs and snag lists, then follow up on corrective actions and closure.
- Witness insulation resistance, earth continuity, megger, load, and functional testing.
- Monitor quality, progress, method-statement compliance, and project schedules.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, site teams, other disciplines, and technical issue resolution.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, QA/QC documents, and site reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
