Responsibilities
- Ensure planning activities align with Maintenance KPIs
- Develop detailed scope of work for processing work orders
- Review plan tasks and allocate resources (materials, procurement, tools, labour, contracts, logistics)
- Perform daily review of new notifications for sufficiency and provide TFUC and LACD support
- Check all associated costs are captured in work orders before management approval
- Raise Master Data Governance (MDG) for missing or incorrect BOM items
- Prepare Material Return to Stock (MRS) for surplus materials
- Facilitate monthly PM review process and prepare PM plans
- Maintain library of SAP PM task lists for routine and major works
- Support work order close out process to Technical Completion (TECO)
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in SAP PM for work order management
- Knowledge of materials, procurement, and logistics coordination
