Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.) or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Foundational understanding of power systems concepts, such as grounding design or renewable energy systems.
Working knowledge of one or more power systems analysis software tools such as ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, PSS/E, or PSLF.
Experience in power distribution, generation, transmission, solar PV, or energy storage environments.
Advanced English proficiency (approximately IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL iBT 95+, or PTE 76+), sufficient to draft technical reports and collaborate with US-based teams.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 3 PM to 11 PM IST.
Knowledge of power systems analysis software tools such as ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, PSS/E, PSLF, or similar is desirable.
Exposure to solar PV, battery energy storage, wind, microgrid, or other renewable energy systems.
Experience with Python or a similar language for calculation and reporting automation.
Exposure to CDEGS, PSS/E and/or PSCAD.
EIT Certificate is desirable but not required.
