Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes.

Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
5+ years' experience in a structural engineering design role.
In-depth knowledge of software tools including RISA 2D/3D/Foundation, Enercalc, L-PILE, or similar.
Strong familiarity with ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360/341, IBC, NDS, and other relevant codes and standards.
Ability to read and understand site studies, geotechnical reports, and civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be both creative and analytical.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or EIT Certificate is strongly preferred.
2+ years' experience with utility or commercial solar PV systems, substations, or energy storage system design is strongly preferred.
