Role Description
Design, test, commission, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure electrical installations are safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant with project and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform electrical calculations, load assessments, and equipment selection.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, mechanical, and MEP teams.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical assessments.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and installation issues.
- Work with power distribution, lighting, cabling, switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Review technical submissions, shop drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor installation quality, progress, materials, and project schedules.
- Prepare testing, commissioning, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
- Support maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
