Role Description
The Architect develops architectural designs, technical drawings, and practical project solutions.
The role coordinates with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and authorities to meet project requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and details.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate designs with structural, civil, and MEP teams.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and design assessments.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and authorities.
- Resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
- Monitor construction against approved designs.
- Support RFIs, variations, site issues, and design changes.
- Prepare authority submissions, permits, and approval documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience in architectural design, construction, or consultancy.
